I already registered but now I can’t make it. How do I transfer my name to someone else or cancel my registration?
- Please email us at towhawaii@gmail.com and we will take care of you.

May I get refunded if I find out later I can’t attend?
- Yes, please email us at towhawaii@gmail.com and we can process your refund.

I am a P.T. alumni. May I register for free if the person I invited hasn’t registered yet?
- No. In order to get your registration comped, the new person you invite must register before or with you in order to get your free registration.

What platform will you use?
- We will use the Zoom Us online platform. We will send out the Zoom link each day before the sessions begin.
Will we do activations still with this training?
- Yes, we will have activations utilizing the Zoom breakout feature. The size of the breakout rooms depends on the total # in attendance for that day.
What if I’m not comfortable using Zoom?
- Please email towhawaii@gmail.com and we can help you prior to the training.
Why are you doing the training online and not in person?
- Due to COVID-19, our top priority is your health and safety. The nature of this training involves a lot of face-to-face interaction and it’s best done online rather than in-person to protect everyone’s well-being.
